What is the best option when running out of stock today and not receiving more products until next week: I do not want our ranking hurt or the algorithm to get messed up if we pause the listing. Is pausing the listing the best way to go? Thank you

There's no other way around, only way to keep your ranking is to keep selling.
When it stops, others will catch up, simple as that.
