Is there any policy change that allows return office staff to open and check the parcel?
Our major parcels were received in open condition from the local office. In the case of an RTO return, they opened not just the parcel but also the company's seal product. They misplaced parts, and for that, NO SAFE-T-CLAIM is passed as it is an RTO return.
Is someone else facing the same issue?
