Amazon plateform totally based on customer where customer is the king and who know how to misuse the amazon they simply order the goods keep origional items and return fake orders.
and the best part is amazon team know about these fake things but they dont have such system to track or monitor to stop these fake activities becasse in this case 90% people are Amazon's ATS Guy.
Horrible experince . If the platform is doing something like with the seller then there will be problematic.
Amazon takes very strict actions against sellers even when theres no mistake done by seller .
same like in your case when you cancled the order your perfomance metrices would have effected badly and seller central would have told you that it will be fixed automatically after like 7-14 days .
If theres a mistake done by seller they will take imiidiate action , but the mistake or scam or fraud activities done by buyers no immidiate help will be provided to seller.
at the End Seller has to suffer.
Correct, we are also facing the Same Issue, we are continuously receiving fake Order from Rajasthan, Jaipur and Gujarat customer & Mostly order cancelled in transit and we will received wrong rto orders. and when we filed a claim amazon is denying our rto order claim. and Now Amazon has suspend our safe t claim. now what will we do?
