How to pass unit count and unit count type in xml feed?

<UnitCount unitOfMeasure="Count">1</UnitCount>

I have added this in product description data of my xml. After uploading this and when i check the feed document, there is below error printed, how can i resolve this error?

XML Parsing Error at Line 30, Column 56: cvc-type.3.1.1: Element 'UnitCount' is a simple type, so it cannot have attributes, excepting those whose namespace name is identical to <url> and whose [local name] is one of 'type', 'nil', 'schemaLocation' or 'noNamespaceSchemaLocation'. However, the attribute, 'unitOfMeasure' was found.
