I've just uploaded my first physical product listing, and was told by Amazon support that I could include a free digital template if it added value to the physical product. Here's a screenshot of that conversation.

Now that I tried to look for the steps indicated, I couldn't find them so wrote to support again. Their response is that I can't do what I was previously very thoroughly explained I *could do*.

Which one is it?

If I can't upload it as a bonus, can I upload it as one of the product documents, like a user manual or instructions for use?
