My invoice from the authorized dealer is not approved
Hello, Samsung requires approval to sell the product, but the invoice I received from the authorized dealer is not accepted. I have the products, they are original and invoiced, but Amazon does not say why they rejected me, as I apply for approval, I get automatic rejection answers. Why does Amazon not think about its sellers? An answering machine answers automatically, but my product is original from an authorized seller. I meet all the requirements that Amazon wants, but I get a direct rejection answer from Amazon. I am about to go crazy for how many days. Why is a representative not interested? Why is it being rejected? There is no explanation. It is just being rejected automatically. The issue is that simple. Amazon is cutting corners on its sellers. I want this to be resolved.

No dealer or distributor can grant authorization for someone to sell a brand. Only the brand owner can give this. Any time you want to sell a brand, you should start by contacting that brand. Many do not even allow Amazon sellers.

You will need approval, in writing, from Samsung (not their distributor) giving permission to sell their items ON AMAZON.
Without that, you're not going to get to sell them here.

Just a few things and they are related to what @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl and @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw have noted.
First "my product is original from an authorized seller." does NOT make that SELLER an authorized WHOLESALE SOURCE.
Sam's Club, Walmart, Costco, Walgreens, Home Depot, Sears, and, thousands of other "sellers" are NOT authorized wholesale distributors.
It appears that you edited your post to remove the Samsung reference but that is a major problem for you.
" I meet all the requirements that Amazon wants"
NO, NO YOU DON'T.
If you did NOT have prior approval to sell Samsung any invoices you have will be no good at all.
"Amazon is cutting corners on its sellers."
Allow me to rephrase this nonsense for you --
SELLERS are cutting corners on Amazon and getting caught.
"I want this to be resolved."
It has been resolved. Amazon has rejected your unauthorized sales attempt.
Since you are new just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.
You appear to have failed the first two requirements.
Have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here.
Source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

As an Amazon seller, it's crucial to understand the platform's policies and requirements when it comes to sourcing and selling products. Whether you're selling branded products from a third party or your own private label items, there are several guidelines you need to be aware of.
1. Validate Your Suppliers: Ensure that the suppliers you purchase from are legitimate and authorized to sell the branded products you intend to offer. This may involve checking their business licenses, brand authorization letters, business bureau ratings, and other credibility indicators.
2. Build Relationships with Brands: For certain branded products, you may need explicit permission from the brand owner to sell on Amazon. Take the time to establish a relationship with relevant brands and understand their specific requirements.
3. Retain Business Invoices: Amazon may request documentation to prove the authenticity of your products. Maintain invoices from your suppliers that include details like their contact information, an itemized list of products, and the purchase dates.
4. Understand Amazon's Dropshipping Policy: If you plan to use a dropshipping model, make sure you comply with Amazon's dropshipping policy. This includes validating your dropshipping suppliers, formalizing the relationship with a service level agreement, and properly identifying yourself as the seller on all customer-facing materials.
5. Auctions: Auctions or auction style environments are not considered valid sources of supply. Reselling products that are intended for destruction disposal or otherwise designated as unsellable by the manufacturer, supplier, vendor, or retailer is strictly prohibited on Amazon.
Ultimately, it's your responsibility as an Amazon seller to ensure that the products you offer comply with all applicable laws and regulations, are authorized for sale or resale, and do not infringe on intellectual property rights. By following these guidelines, you can help protect your business and maintain a successful presence on the Amazon marketplace.

Outside of what was mentioned, usually with approval requests, a direct invoice from the manufacturer is required in most situations. Your best bet is to provide whatever documentation is recommended and to continue to submit applications for those brands.
