Merchant fullfilled orders
Why am I getting merchant fulfilled orders on amazon fulfilled inventory? I have no merchant fulfilled listings only amazon fulfilled listings, yet I'm getting merchant fulfilled orders? This is requiring me to cancel orders and putting my account at risk of being deactivated for merchant fulfilled inventory.

Is this issue still persisting and have you checked your listings to validate that no FBM offerings are showing?

I am in the same situation, I already had to make the first cancellation, I only sell through FBA. I have not received enough support to avoid this, and it was not my mistake. For now I am doing a second review on the Amazon platform to verify that my items do not appear as FBM.
But I think we should not do this...
