I have been trying to contact amazon since June 18th 2023. Call me now option not working. try to open a case recived email " his email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal '' is there any option to contact seller support

From your post and screenshots, it seems as though you are having issues with your call me now button
You may try an alternative method to attempt contact with Amazon. You should see a red deactivation banner on your Account Health Dashboard. Within this banner would be a yellow button that can be used to submit appeals. If you click on this button, you will be redirected to a page with a secondary Call Me Now button on it. You can try this button as an alternative.
