Hello, this is my first time using Amazon Global Logistics. I was informed that Amazon would handle picking up the goods directly from my supplier, and that I wouldn’t need to contact them myself. Is that correct?

Yes that is correct you do not need to contact them but be careful with AGL. They are unreliable.
