Amazon Doesn't Allow me to Send my FBA Shipment to Close Fulfillment Centers

I have been selling on amazon since 2018 using Amazon FBA. I am trying to create a shipment from my warehouse NJ to amazon FC through seller central "Send to Amazon" page. I used to create shipment and amazon was pointing us nearby amazon fulfillment centers on the previous years. But starting from November 2024, seller central never show us a close fulfillment center to send the shipment. I always send FCL shipments to amazon FC which is full 27-28 pallets of products. Now seller central constantly trying to send our shipments to 1500 miles far away from our warehouse and the shipment costs around 4500 USD per FCL truck. I can understand that Amazon is applying placement fee for each of our amazon FC shipments but why is the system always trying to lead us to far FCs?

I opened a case on seller central. All they say is that FCs are automatically assigned while creating the shipments and they can't redirect the shipment to another FC?

Is there any other seller out there suffering the same problem like mine? I am not sure what to do. I can't pay that huge amount and send the truck 1500miles away and pay 4500 USD on freight.. There should be a solution
