How to Ship from Multiple Cities

Hi,

I have a LLP company.
I have my office in 2 locations namely, Bangalore and Chennai.
In Bangalore we store a category of products and in Chennai we store another category of products.
Now when I tried to register 2 accounts, Amazon is not allowing me to continue registration because my company PAN number cannot be used on 2 accounts.
Even though I have different gst registrations in both the states Amazon is not allowing me to complete registration.
Now I am facing trouble with products to be shipped from multiple locations.
Let me know if you guys have any solution.
