The rights owner complains about violation of a product
Hi group, I have such a weird situation in Account Health.
The right owner of a listing sent to Amazon that I violate the policy of a products and Amazon, that I sell duplicates and not original and Counterfeit without a Test Buy. I bought 20 Units for a test.
Now Amazon says to reactivate the account a need an inoce that prove that products are original, I send them the inoice and explain that was bought from a authorized distribuitor of the brand. Already 2 times they cancel my request and say they don't have enough info th reactivate my listing. Can help me someone with some tipps to resolve the problem.
Because of the listing the account is at risk of deactivation.

You say "authorized distribuitor of the brand." but have you VERIFIED with the BRAND that your distributor is really authorized?
There are a LOT of gray market providers touted on TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and other places that IMPLY that they are authorized but are not.
Also, a distributor can NOT authorize you to sell anything, they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
