How long for first fba shipment to be received
Hi, I’m a newbie handmade seller, i sent my first package to fba ONT8 last week via UPS, sent only 18 units just to be sure i’m doing this correctly before sending in hundreds of units. my dashboard says it takes up to 4 days to move from delivered to checked in status. it’s been 5 days now. i read on the forums it can actually take a while longer esp if this is your first fba shipment. can anyone provide the avg timeframe for the first fba shipment to move to receiving status?

Sorry, but there is no average timeframe. Sometimes it's faster than others.

It is true based on my experience (and the experience of sellers here) that there is no set average time-frame for FBA shipments. There are several varying factors that can impact receiving times at the FC level (time of year, FC specific issues, etc). The general advice you'll receive on this is to try and stay as patient as possible, though it's not lost on me how difficult that can be at times.
If a shipment is taking an extraordinarily long time (ie months) I would recommend opening a Seller Support case and following up here on the forums for further assistance.
