Someone gained unauthorised access to my account and seller support will not talk to me about it!!

3 Days straight of trying to speak with someone at seller central with no joy! I had an email on 31st saying someone had unauthorised access to my account so they have temporarily restricted access. I have no way of logging in to contact seller central so have been going through the buyer customer support- who give me a link so I can send a message without having to log in. The problem is, I get an email back requesting more information from an email address that does not accept incoming messages. I have been sending messages via this link(form) I was given which opens a new case each time and I swear my messages are not being read as they keep asking for the same thing. they then send me instructions to do things but each thing requires me to log into my account- which i cannot do!!

I just do not know what to do. My husband then had the bright idea of using an old amazon account that we no longer use (this one) to contact seller central- hurrah- yes thats the answer. Nope! They wrote back and said they cant give information regarding another account- even though its my account !

Please please if anyone has any ideas on what I can do , please help me as i cannot afford to not have sales (and Amazon have a load of my stuff in their warehouse). I really am at a loss , please help

Does the email not tell you what you need to do to get it back? When I had something similar, customer support had a way to reset your password after sending them ID etc, could they not give you advice?
