so in a previous i did run some ads and got orders which are fake and got return for fake reasons haven't checked the payments section because it was customer rejected or some not customer return as the product is non returnable after seeing the payments section i got to know the on all the returned products or refunded orders i got charged 50 60rs + easy ship fee which is around 91 and the product cost , and after calculating the loss one refunded items is giving me loss of 188 to 250 rs defends on the sale amount and customer gets to keep the product also . and what i earn on per order is 30rs so no matter what the seller do amazon will always prefer them seller will always gona face the loss no matter either you sell on flipkart , meesho , amazon all are same the joke is they give reimbursement which is equivalent to 25% of the product cose

If it's a customer reject or undelivered order, you will get the full refund of Easy Ship charges. If it is a customer return, then easy ship charges will not be refunded. Also It is a good practice to keep the product price with respect to all these miscellaneous return costs. Amazon may lose your product as well, so in those circumstances you will only receive a partial amount as per the lost and damaged policy. So keeping all these costs is a necessity not a luxury.

Selling non‑returnable items on Amazon has become an uphill battle. Even when we ship the correct product in perfect condition, buyers can still claim a refund—and Amazon approves it without question. The result: lost profit and damaged listing metrics. I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times, but there’s still no real solution. You mentioned at least earning ₹30 on such orders; I earn nothing—it feels like I’m simply gifting inventory to anyone who asks. Raising prices isn’t viable either; in a competitive market, that just kills sales volume. If any experienced seller has found an effective way to tackle these refund abuses, please share your strategy. 😢

This happens with all new sellers. No one listens in Amazon. Even products are stolen in delivery and you will get double loss. For every email, they will give reply but No action is taken by ANYONE.
