'Other' Fee in Amazon Transactions - Need Support !
Hi everyone,
I am a small seller on Amazon USA. I have been seeing an "Other" fee in my transactions, but I cannot find any definition or information about this fee when I click on detailed transactions for that period.
Whatever I sell, after the regular fees, everything is taken by this "Other" fee, and the end result is always near $0. I'm struggling to understand this and have been unable to get help from Seller Central support, who do not seem to know what this "Other" fee is and just say it is an Amazon fee.
Can anybody help me understand what this "Other" fee is?

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
The fees labeled as other can be associated with shipping, refunds and other account operations. We can take a look into this but we need a support case first.
Can you create one via this link and then provide the case ID here so that I can take it from there.
