Payment failure troubleshooting: Sponsored Ads payment method is not working
Hello everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well.
For some reason our Sponsored Ads have been blocked by Amazon, and we haven't been able to run any Ads for almost a week. The following message is displaying in our Campaign Manager page.
"Your campaigns have been paused due to a disputed credit card charge.
We have received disputes regarding your Amazon advertising charges and your campaigns have been paused. If you feel these disputes were made in error, please contact your payment provider to reverse the disputes in order to resume advertising."
We have contacted with Sponsored Ads support via chat and opened a case, but still they weren't able to solve our issue. They mentioned that there is nothing they can do via chat or through the phone and they just me to wait...
It has been almost a week since we contacted them, and whenever we try to follow up in the case they just tell us that they are still investigating the issue...
Our Sales has dropped dramatically since our Ads stopped running, and I would appreciate if any forum moderator or fellow seller knows how we can solve this issue.

I have reviewed your case and before we explore any possible paths to resolve this. Can you confirm if you were able to solve the outstanding balance form your ads account ?
