FBA orders not getting shipped
Dear Folks,
I am new Seller in US market and sent my shipment to designated amazon warehouse. On day 1 of receiving my products at warehouse, all my units were placed in FC transfer.
I created a case and the amazon help told me that the units are available for sale although they are in FC transfer status.
Glad i was , until my next surprise was to know that although the buyers are able to place orders but ultimately the orders are not getting payment verification for more than a week( till the time of writing this thread). This same step is happening for all the orders placed by different buyers .....highly unlikely.
As all my inventory is in FC transfer , so seems like the system is unable to confirm and ship the orders but reason for the this is being quoted as payment verification awaited.
Can anyone throw light or help resolve the above matter.

This is normal. The items are being transferred, so they are not available to be picked and packed; therefore they remain "Pending".
The language used for a Pending order is a bit confusing, and is rarely an indication of an actual problem with the customer's payment. Amazon, by law, cannot charge the customer until the item ships, so in a sense, the payment is not yet verified, but the real issue is simply that Amazon has not gotten around to processing it.
Nothing to worry about; just something to keep in mind if you sell anything seasonal; figure that you need to ship it in 3-4 weeks prior to when you need it to actually be shippable to customers (usually doesn't take that long, but best to play it safe).

Like I say, that's normal. The US has over 100 FCs, and Amazon wants to spread your product around to multiple ones, so that they have it close to any potential customer. In many cases, the address you ship to isn't even a Fulfillment Center, but rather a transfer hub.
I suspect that in other markets, the geography and sales volumes do not warrant doing this, as every customer in that market is going to be close.
