How Can I Get Customer Service Resolutions?
I'm a newish seller working through a shipping dispute (for details, check my other post). Unfortunately, customer service has been shocking awful - obviously not reading my messages.
My dispute is clearly around FedEx (I sent them all of the tracking #s) and this is the response:
"We understand you are having issues with FedEx shipments. We do realize that you sent out shipments to avoid the fees.
Kindly note that, we contacted our team and they suggest you to contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
Contact UPS at this specific phone number: [phone number]
This phone number is designated for Amazon sellers, and the UPS personnel on the receiving end are specifically trained to handle claims requested by Amazon sellers.
Contact UPS online for Domestic US shipments at [url]"
None of my concern deals with UPS or USPS...
I've contacted Amazon multiple times and they're not even trying to help with my issue.

Hi @Seller_KSKFXMUqQAtDr,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help with this. Can you please provide me with the case ID you referenced in your post? I would like to review and potentially escalate.
Best,
Dominic

Welcome to the platform, kid. Regardless of what Dominic is going to tell you, I bet you dollars to donuts you end up dead-ended. The odds of resolution on any case that's not an instance of sellers being too lazy to read the manual is about the same as the odds of your seller account being threatened for reopening too often the cases they are basically auto-closing.
Amazon's blatant disdain for those that brung them is best represented by the Kafkaness and quality of the "support" system.
