The product images provided in your application do not display your brand name permanently affixed to the product. Provide images that display physical products with your brand name. Computer generated images are not accepted.

They typically ask that one of the pictures be of you holding the product.

I recommend improving the quality/resolution of the photo (it looks fuzzy). From this photo, Amazon may think the label can easily be removed from the product and is not permanently affixed.
This thread may be helpful →Ask Amazon: Brand Registry Enrollment. I would respond to Sandy_Amazon on the thread and ask for photo/feedback.

Hi @Seller_m6GnouVp12P8p
I see you reapplied and submitted images while you were holding the product, great call @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7!!
One callout I want to make if this application gets rejected is that your trademarked brand name is "balancelife supplements" with no spaces in-between 'balance' and 'life' while the brand name on the Brand Registry application is 'balance life supplements' with spaces so this could cause an issue!
