Is there ANY way to reverse and forgive an accepted acknowledgement path?
I'm a new mom whose business is built on Amazon. Which also means I am a bit sleep deprived, and made a mistake. And I desperately need help!!!!
Our listing was flagged for a textile policy violation — it's not a textile product though, it's a tissue product (toilet paper to be exact). I reached out to account health and submitted an appeal. They sent me an email to review an acknowledgement of our violation and in haste I accepted this....thinking that we were exempt because we are not selling a textile, but in fact a paper product.
I have been on the phone with account health and seller support all morning. I have talked with 5 different people. No one can help me. They said that I will no longer be able to sell my product ton Amazon.
I am so sad, and I am so defeated. And I need help and support. Can someone please help or advise me on how to figure this out?? This is gonna ruin my business.
I am a WBENC certified woman owned business and know how important Amazon is for me and my family's future. I need to figure out a way to reverse this and get forgiveness ASAP.
Can someone PLEASE help me? This is such a harsh situation given the fact this was a mistake. I did not fully understand what this meant when I acknowledged this notification in Amazon's system.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues impacting your account. I understand that you took the acknowledgement path on a violation that you did not intend to. This option serves to assist people who are unable to properly appeal or dispute, but wish to remove the violation.
To have taken this action, you would have needed to delete the listing from your inventory. Did you remove the ASIN? Once this option has been selected, the violation will no longer show on the account health page. Unfortunately, our team will be unable to reverse the action once it has been completed.
