returnless refund Policy abuse
i am based in the UK and have opened an US amazon store a few months ago. It came to my attention last week that one customer had requested a return and was issued a return less refund. since receiving the refund the customer has made multiple orders from my store (6) and gave obscure return reasons such as too big, too small for exactly the same item and each time they have been issued a full refund straight away. I have reported the buyer for the policy abuse. the items are not eligible for a safe t claim. when speaking to customer services, they said anything under $25 is an automatic return less refund since i don't have a US based returns address. i have no problem providing a returns label for any returns request. what can i do to close this loop hole. im currently not making enough US sales to justify using a returns centre. if i cant find a way to close this loophole ill need to close my store. this is very frustrating
