How to Report Malicious Reviews with Evidence on Amazon?
Hello,
I would like to report a malicious review, but is there any way other than the report button?
Someone has written a malicious review of our product using a photo they found on the internet, and I have found the original page where that photo was uploaded. I want to submit this evidence along with an explanation to Amazon, but the report button on the product page doesn't allow us to provide this explanation.
I emailed community-help@amazon.com, but received no response and the review hasn't been removed. I also contacted Seller Central Support, but they were of no help. Is there any other way?

Have you tried reporting the review through the Report Abuse tool? All reports are thoroughly investigated by our team. For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
Please report any abusive behavior using the Report Abuse tool on the Account Health Dashboard. Here is a video on how it works. If you are brand registered, you can also file a report through the Brand Registry report abuse tool.
You can also share the CASE ID you filed with Selling Partner Support and I'd be happy to take a look at the review to see if there are any additional next steps that can be taken. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
