Amazon Easy Ship Issue

I have been shipping my products using easy ship since July 2022. On 1st of june I was informed by amazon station manager that they won’t be picking my products as they have problem loading it and they are asking for extra pickup agent for mfn pickups from their company and their company is not listening them. I had 61 orders amounting to 250000/- which were cancelled in the days to come. I called customer care and filled easy ship miss pickup form daily but till today I have not got resolution and I had to make my listings inactive as orders getting cancelled has a negative impact on buyers buying from amazon marketplace. Whenever I raise a case, all support executives reply is that we will reimburse your charges and you should fill miss pickup form. Does anyone know where to approach for my resolution as it is a huge loss for me monetarily also.
PS Amazon station managers names some bifme buying services which is his parent company that picks up parcel on behalf of amazon.
