I need help because the delivery people aren't picking up my orders even when they're ready for pickup. I have enrolled in EasyShip program. It's been happening a lot lately, and many orders have been cancelled because of it. I tried reaching to the delivery associates also but their number is either switched off or they do not answer it. I've tried to get help by contacting support over multiple times, via mails, calls, etc., but the problem isn't fixed yet. It's wasting a lot of my time, money, and energy, and it's hurting my reputation as a seller. Also, i have spent a lot of money on ads to get the orders, please give me refund on the same if nobody is going to come for pickup the orders. I need this fixed so I can keep selling and growing my business. Can you please help me fix this as soon as possible?
