Unable to merge global accounts
Hello,
I having given Amazon support over a month to deal with this but they do not seem willing. Various random suggestions that do not help and non stop emails about sending it to the right department.
I have a USA and Canada seller account that are under the same login.
Amazon kept asking me to create a UK account so I did. It did not work creating it within my USA/Canada global account so they told me to create it seperately and then merge it later.
I want to merge it because there is a discount on monthly fees.
Unfortunately they will not merge. The error is:
"This global account has an in-registration account. You can terminate the in-registration account, and then merge your accounts again. You may be prompted to sign in with the credentials for this account."
All the accounts in the UK account that said "registration pending" have been removed. The UK account is validated and selling.
Has anybody encountered this and know what needs to be done to move forward?
Amazon support has been unhelpful for over a month!

Sometimes merging accounts can be a bit tricky depending on how your global accounts are already set up.
