Low OTDR(On time delivery rate) even for Easyship
I had opted for Easyship from very beginning of account, even then my OTDR score has gone to 58% whereas ATS is responsible for this.
OTDR should not be counted for Easyship sellers which is written on account health page, OTDR only applies to seller-fulfilled orders.
Seller support team said that it is wrong, my OTDR should be 100% as i am a Easyship seller. Even then seller support team has failed to restore my OTDR score to 100% saying that this is a glitch and even if i raise a new case i will get the same response
While raising a case on seller support they say low OTDR isn't affecting your account health and buybox and is no reason to worry about , whereas in the link provided by seller support it is clearly mentioned that shipping experience will be counted while judging for buybox and other account metrics.
also even some of seller support member which are very cooperative and brilliant said that this OTDR needs to be sorted as amazon is a automated system. Conclusively every support team member puts a different theory on table.
I have gained almost 15-20% return rate due to this issue
I request for resolution for this issue and need my OTDR to restore to 100%
