Customer Replace the product and after return the product
Customer replace the product and when once replacement done customer file the return. So the refund is deducted from seller's account and the replaced product will reach to the customer for FREE. This is a scam and customer doing it again and again. Do not now how Amazon refund for the old order which already replaced by the customer?

This has happened multiple times with us as well. In place of returning a book, they sent a piece of metal back to us.
Solution: Make sure to create a box/package opening video and take proper pictures before opening the package. And then apply for a Safe T claim. At least you will do some recovery of the revenue in this case.
