Package Stolen / Misplaced by Easy Ship Delivery Executive
I handed over the package to the Easy Ship delivery executive, but the order status was not updated on the seller central portal. I have continuously contacted seller support to report this issue, but the resolution is insufficient with the response being "our team has completed their review and concluded that on checking for the given order id in seller central, it is shown that the pick up was not done and later it got cancelled. as you did not handover the shipment and in seller central it is showing cancelled. "
The package was handed over. This is theft by the delivery executive. This is has also happened in the past, where the package was picked up, but not updated on the seller central portal and we had to send an additional package so that the order would not be cancelled. How do I escalate this issue and have it investigated? I have been charged for the cancellation, and my merchandise is now missing / stolen.
