Can anyone clarify which type of BIS certificate Amazon accepts for silver jewelry listings? We submitted a certificate from a BIS-authorized Hallmarking Centre, but it was rejected due to the absence of the BIS logo. How should we proceed?

Thank you for your post. You will require scanned purity certificates for at least 10 ASINs from a BIS authorised lab.
