Hello there @Seller_1drsiTB5msDwV! In campaign manager, you can create reports from the campaign or portfolio view and download chosen performance metrics to a spreadsheet. The report will include all data filtered in the table at the time of download.

1. Go to All campaigns view. Click Portfolios if you want to download data for all portfolios, or select the individual portfolio.
2. Click Export if you want to download data for all portfolios.
3. To download data for an individual portfolio, click the portfolio name, then click Export.
4. To add or remove metrics to the report, click the Columns button and then Customize columns.
5. Check the box next to a metric to add or remove it from the report. When finished, click Apply and Export.

You can export campaigns and keyword data with a portfolio column in Excel for easy pivot table creation.

1. Click the Measurement & Reporting icon on the left.
2. Click Sponsored ads reports.
3. Click Create report.
4. Configure your report settings.
5. Click Run report. (You may have to click this twice.)
