Refund Order Issues
I had requested a refund for an order, and the refund application was submitted. I also received the status update for the refund, but the refund has not been issued yet. Although I had initiated the refund process yesterday, the "refund applied" status has now disappeared. Now I am going back to the refund window, and instead of the total amount, there is an option for an additional refund, which is worth $20. Could someone kindly guide me on how I can contact Amazon support to resolve this issue?

Just to clarify, are you trying to issue a refund to one of your customers as a seller, or are you attempting to be refunded for an item you purchased from a seller on Amazon (i.e. you are the buyer of the order)?
