Brand Aproval Denied Despite Meeting All Criteria

Hi Amazon,

This is a very strange situation. I have an explicit contract from a brand manufacturer to sell their brand on Amazon. Amazon requested an invoice and I provided the invoice provided to me from the brand I'm trying to get approved for. Denied over and over again.

I went back to the brand and said it was denied, i asked them if they could create a specific invoice designed to Amazon's preferences. Submit and denied over and over again.

I called support and they told me the invoice matches the requirements for approval to sell the brand but they could not help me and recommended I reapply. I did and was denied again and again and again.

Image is just a snapshot of the most recent denials. You'll notice they're not even taking time to actually review the invoice.

To be clear, you are asking to sell an item NOT get enrolled in Brand Registry, correct?

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

You said the invoice was from the brand manufacturer? You need a LOA from the Brand itself saying you can sell it on Amazon.
