My seller account has been suspended for over 9 months and I am not getting any response
Hello. My account has been suspended for more than 9 months.
Amazon requested a video call and suspended my account after the video call.
They froze my money in my account and did not return my inventory. Even though I shared all the requested information and documents for 9 months, we could not make any progress.
And they have been charging a warehouse fee every month for 9 months, around 500 USD a month.
In my last conversation with Amazon, they said that they could not approve my suppliers and that my account would be opened if I shared the chain invoices of my suppliers.
Thereupon, I contacted all my suppliers and received the chain invoices. (some of them did not share the invoices and wrote letters signed by the CEO for me to forward to Amazon)
By the way, all my suppliers are in USA and they are all well-known and well-established companies.
Even though I shared these documents, I could not make any progress.
I also contacted the Amazon Seller Help page on Twitter and they said they verified these documents. Despite this, I don't understand why my account is not opened.
My money, which was frozen at 21,000 USD, decreased to 17,000 USD due to storage fees. In addition, they do not give me my inventory worth around 40,000 USD.
Is there anyone in the forum who can help me?
I strictly followed Amazon policies, and there are no brand or customer complaints. Despite this, this is what happened to me and I am a victim.
Now I have no choice but to sue Amazon. But this is the last road I will take. I hope someone here can help me.
Thank you.

If the deactivation of your account was due to invoices that can be verified, then you have nowhere else to go. The brands may be the ones putting on the halt because they do not want 3rd party sellers on marketplaces selling their products.

Hello @Seller_OSaXCO5l2rA0m,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums. I hope all is well.
"My account has been suspended for more than 9 months. Amazon requested a video call and suspended my account after the video call."
From the information you have provided, I see that your account has been deactivated after the video call. Have you received a performance notification or a case log containing information on why your account was deactivated after the video verification? If you have received a performance notification or a case log, attach it to the post and make sure to remove any personal information.

How do you vet your supplier? Who are your suppliers? Why did some of your suppliers did not want to provide their supply chain invoice? If you were requested to provide supply chain invoice, you have to submit it.
The forums community and I are here to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns from this point forward.
Best,
Cade
