FBA-MAA4 product marking issue

I sended the goods to MAA4. shipment id created is 19/05/2025. All goods are marked as defective. after 14 days shipment status should be change to closed. So i create a case regarding explanation. But no response from internal team for 10 days. Then i connect leadership team esclation. That team also simply waste. No update in this case for past 15 days.

Leadership team esclation is very worst this time. I never expect this too long delay.

But storage fees alone its takened.
