No activity for a year, I want to close my account and get paid the balance.
My account has been inactive almost a year. I lost thousands of my inventory and Amazon held all my funds since they want invoices I cannot provide as a reseller. Now the account shows 0 invesntory and $118 balance. I want to close the account permanently and get my funds but Amazon wont let me.

Then you're done. Since you can't resolve the issue, you cannot close your account, nor will you receive any of the funds.
