A link to my product was left a Fake Review by a service provider who specializes in malicious bad reviews. That seller both bought my product and got a refund, and left a false review about the poor quality of my product and the lack of a refund.
That seller's account profile is all bad reviews.
What can I do to remove this fake review?

What do you mean by fake review? Customer purchased the product, didn't like it, returned it, and left a negative review. Even if all of this customer's reviews are negative, it was still a legit purchase.
With that said, the likelihood of having this review removed is extremely slim.
