!!! Huge Glitch !!! - Needs Immediate attention and response from Amazon Devs

FBM sellers, including me are reporting a huge issue when it comes to submitting refunds. Nothing will go through and the error message below has been showing for days.

Clearing Cache, Cookies, using different browsers, connecting to different internet sources, trying to submit refunds on mobile, and more are not working.

Customers are not getting their refunds. This will lead to damaging negative seller feedback, ODR hits, chargebacks, and more!!!

We are requesting immediate action and acknowledgment from the community managers and internal teams regarding the status of this issue and the timeline for it's resolution.

Will claims due to the glitch be removed from our ODR's and funded by Amazon???

Will negative seller feedback because of this gltich be removed???

I have also figured out I cannot send my buyers prepaid return labels (I shouldn't have to do this to begin with as we have always had auto-authorized returns enabled and Amazon sends a prepaid label as soon as the return has been opened).

I need immediate help!
