Help me someone helpline not working need to speak to amazon seller

having a hellish time need Amazon to reply in person as having set up issues and they charged me for professional account rather than individual. I’m so fed up 25 emails and helpline cuts out before any connection . Never worked for a week !!!!!! Get robot email replies and they constant shut down case saying it’s been resolved when it clearly hasn’t !! Sick fed up . Pls someone help me !!

Sais account deactivated when it was never active still on registering page and saw money leave account and account never opened and now no one to help . 5 days of this !!!!!!

To deal with the professional account fees go to Accountand click Downgrade Account (in bottom right corner on desktop). That will stop the professional fees. You can request a refund of any paid so far if you haven’t sold anything, though it’s at amazons discretion.

Just to clarify,professional and individual are NOT account types, just the selling plan you signed up for. Unfortunately on the registration page it makes it look as though that is what you have to do.

The two account types - the legal entity - Business (for selling new and handmade goods),and individual (ONLY for selling off ones own personal second-hand items) - you cannot sell new goods with the individual seller account - it is NOT the same as sole-trader.
