Cannot update images
We have been trying to update listing images for some of our products in our catalog for almost a month now but amazon won't update it because of this reason "ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand.". We've been trying to open cases in brand registry but always get the same response. Does anyone know any solution to this?

Michelle at Amazon here. If the brand has more than one person authorized to make edits to their listings, then this type of issue can happen. If your images are correct, please reach out to the brand owner and ask them to remove others from their brand registry so you can update the images. Please know if the product is changing in any way, even just packaging, you are required to create a new ASIN.
