We completely understand your frustration—selling on Amazon can feel like a losing battle, especially when returns, hidden charges, and policy loopholes consistently work against sellers.

We've been through it too:

1) High return rates, often with false claims

2) Safe-T cases almost never resolved in our favor

3) Product thefts during transit by ATS or inside FBA centers. Nowadays even RTO orders are stealing, they returns with used products/ then manipulating data -again blocks, proactive reimbursements/Safe T claims.

4) Zero accountability from Amazon, no matter how many cases we raise

It increasingly feels like Amazon is set up to exploit small sellers, while protecting only its own interests. We’ve spent on ads, lost margins, and watched our profits turn negative-all while Amazon continues to extract fees, deny claims, and ignore seller losses.

We’ve now stopped advertising, and are seriously considering exiting this broken system that treats genuine sellers like slaves to a profit engine.

If you're feeling the same, you're not alone,95% small sellers are on bleeding with losses. AND NEVER GOING TO SEE ANY PROFIT FROM THIS WORST SYSTEM. It’s time for sellers to speak up, share real experiences, and demand fairer systems. NO WE CANT EXPECT FROM AMAZON --So walk away.. protect ourselves from further losses.

product quality aur high margin pe play kro.. ads ko bhi hisab se kharch kro... margin hoga toh hi gaadi chalegi nhi toh time waste hi hoga.. aur sales bhi time ke sath aayega jaise jaise repeat customer build honge

seems like truth, we are selling on amazon from last 2 month, made no profits rather we are making losses only.

returned products are also useless since customer returns after using them for a while, amazon does not understand this concern and never gives proper settlement amount causing further losses.

we are seriously thinking to stop selling on amazon, and I think this is not the only problem with us, it is with everyone. Amazon is making money but sellers are bleeding with losses. This can't run for long.

Dear Sellers,

I hear your frustrations loud and clear. We understand how challenging it's been running your business on Amazon India.

Please know that we are actively working to address the challenges you face with returns, accountability, and logistics.

While I understand the desire to abandon the platform, I would caution against that. There are paths to success on Amazon, but it requires finding the right strategies and channels for your business.

I encourage you to participate in our Sellers Forums to connect with others and collaborate on solutions.

Amazon is committed to the long-term success of our selling partners. We have more work to do, but we are here to support you every step of the way.

Best regards,

Adam

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing this email to bring to your attention an ongoing issue related to regional discoverability for my listings.

I have FBA registrations in multiple states yet my products are currently visible only to customers in Karnataka. This is affecting my sales and reach, as I am not able to serve a larger customer base across both states and all of India.

I kindly request your team to investigate this matter and enable visibility for my listings across All states and other delivery zones. Furthermore, I would appreciate if you could advise me on the following:

Additionally, I would like to formally request the rollback or disabling of the Regional Discovery Program for my account or ASIN, if this is the root cause affecting visibility.

Please let me know if there are any additional details you require to address this. I appreciate your continued support and look forward to a resolution at the earliest.
