It looks like amazon have sent a response that includes ALL possible reasons for why brand registry could be rejected. Not a suprise coming from amazon.

I would say the biggest issue is you've taken what looks to be a headboard, some bed slats etc and literally just stuck a sticker to the outer protective wrap (or in the case of the slats, onto the actual wood).

The brand needs to be permanently affixed - so you'd realistically for something like those items need to box the product up and have a box printed with your brand.

Also - is the brand you are trying to get registry for really Freddy's comfort living LTD? Most brands don't tend to include LTD in their actual brand name, so amazon might see that as odd (though its not impossible to imagine it include LTD). I can't even seem to find a LTD called Freddy's Comfort Living LTD either.

Its all very disjointed and confusing.

You hold a TM for a name that looks like a company name but isn't.

The name and address of the TM has several minor inconsistencies with your registered company name and address.

Your trademark is for make up as well as beds, no idea why.

Your branding seems to be labels knocked up in seconds with a label printer.

Your registered TM is for one line of text but on your labels it runs into several lines.

As mentioned above, what you are actually selling is a kit of parts to make a bed so Amazon will at least expect the outer to be branded.

The images fail to show if there is already any branding on the product (i.e. on the back of the parts photographed and/or the outer packaging).

Amazon need to be able to understand what you are asking them to register as a brand.

also bear in mind the use of TM can be used by anybody and is not protection, its the (R) that's the registered trademark and protected under the IPO.

Amazon would like you to manufacture these in proper branded colour boxes, with business contact information also printed on the box., safety instructions etc.

This looks like you have purchased some bulk clearance items from ie. Dunelm and stuck a temporary sticker on them in an attempt to look like the manufacturer?

Did you pay a factory to manufacture these for you?

It would have been better if you hadn't used LTD in your trade mark but now that you have registered your TM that way you will have to use it that way.

You asked if you could change your brand name now. Yes but for that you need to register another TM with the new name That you wanted to be "Freddy's Comfort".

For the current TM which is "Freddy's comfort living Ltd." you need to print this on your packing bag. Amazon will not accept the pasted printouts that you used as shown in the picture.
