Hi @Seller_3Cm3avDP324lN,

When an app communicates with Amazon on your behalf, it needs to authenticate using a token. You mentioned "revoked by the app," but it's more common for the authentication to be revoked by the user.

To check this, go to the Settings drop-down menu, select User Permissions. Scroll down to find the section where third-party apps are listed. Here, you can see all the apps you've granted access to your account. If you haven't actively revoked the app's access rights, it's possible that you simply forgot to renew them, which is something that needs to be done periodically. The result is the same in both cases.

If you can't renew the authentication through this method, you might be able to create new API access through the app itself. However, I'm not familiar with AutoDS, so I can't provide specific guidance on that.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards, Michael

Hello @Seller_3Cm3avDP324lN

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team.

AutoDs is not an Amazon product, so unfortunately I am not able to provide insights or help on any technical issues. You will need to reach out to them directly for assistance.

Also, please keep in mind that while drop-shipping is allowed on Amazon, there are rules and policies you will have to follow in order to keep your account in good standing.
