Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here!
I'd be happy to escalate this situation internally for further review, however in order for me to do so, I do need to provide that team with a more recent case ID. Although it may be repetitive (apologies for that!), can you please open a new case with Seller Support and send me that new ID? If this situation is still unresolved once that new case is closed, I can then escalate this further!
