Who else is unable to provide water, electricity and gas bills due to the second trial?

I registered an Amazon account. The registration process in America requires review and utility bills. I want to make a statement. How do we submit these evidence in rural areas? The funny thing is that the US website has been inactive. Suddenly one day I found that products from other sites were inexplicably linked to the US site (inactive), but the products were on sale. Can anyone give me a reasonable answer? In addition to providing utility bills and gas bills, is there any other way to pass the review?

What country are you in? To run a business you need electricity and the internet at the least. Even if you are rural, are these utilities included in your rent? Amazon requires these to validate you are indeed a legit established business.

Something might have been lost in the translation if English is not your primary language.
