Guys
Have contacted seller support and they told me the attached email is from them yet tells me to check performance notification…yet nothing there. Surely if this was an account breach it would be in case log…not messages…

This is about the fifth post today for this exact same message.
You will NEVER receive a notification from Amazon through Buyer/Seller messaging.
Block, report and move on.
If its in buyer seller message asking you to enter a strange code its fake - several reports this morning alone
@Maja_Amazon
This is becoming too common, and Amazon need to do something to warn sellers, as a minimum they need to be putting messages out to all sellers to reiterate that they would never send a message through Buyer - Seller messaging, and would never ask you to leave the platform to unlock your account, or send you any kind of link. I hate to think how many people have fallen for this.
Its strange that these messages even get through to be honest, if we as much dare to add an email address into a message for a customer to send us a photo for instance, then this gets blocked, so why can they not set up a similar block to act on key words in this kind of email. I guess that would be a measure to assist sellers so maybe too much of an ask.
I’m sure I had one a few weeks ago, but Amazon immediately followed it up basically saying do not answer that…
Hi, I had one on Wednesday, checked with Amazon they said scam as the link is not a proper link, I did report the message but heard nothing. So far we are still active so I this it is a scam.
I received this in my inbox - is it a scam?
