Hello, we have been using Amazon easy ship and for the past month we have been encountering a delay in the collection of our item. We are in Al Barsha South; unfortunately the driver is consistently delayed, we always have to call/remind him and its becoming a hassle for us.

We sent an email to seller central to complaint about it but unfortunately have not gotten any response. Any solution for this? It would be better if we can just use our own carrier.
