Account verification issue with name doesn't match
I changed my account to professional, and Amazon asked me to do account verification. My account was registered under a company and I am the primary contact. First time I submitted my driving license and personal bank account statement, Amazon said unable to verify with below reason, then I changed to submit document of my driving license and the company bank account statement, it still returned with same reason. The weird thing is I submitted the same document before and it passed, and this time it failed. My issue has been pending for more than a week, and I don't know how to move forward. Anyone experienced this issue before?
Feedback from Amazon:
We were unable to verify the identity document you provided because the personal name on the document does not match with the personal name entered in Seller Central.
Within the next 30 days, login to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/ and take either of the following actions:
-- Update your personal name on Seller Central to match your documents.
-- Provide a new document(s) matching the personal name entered in Seller Central.
