Shipping Label 8 1/2 x 11 Right or Left is Printing in 4 x 6 format

What is happening? Nobody at Amazon has a solution. Using QZ tray. I am selecting the print orientation for my shipping label as 8 1/2 x 11 Right or Left and it is is Printing in 4 x 6 format which prints onto 2 labels. This seemed to start happening when USPS added the Ground Advantage shipping option. It prints correctly when I choose First Class but not Ground Advantage. So I am switching everything to first class but not all orders allow me to. What is the issue or the fix please?

It sucks for sure. I am printing out Ground Advantage on plain paper and slipping them into UPS pouches. I flip the paper around and get 2 per sheet and then a piece of scrap paper. It's not ideal but fixing it is probably not a priority for AM since now they are working on the ai writing listings folly.

First Class was already supposed to end WEEKS AGO.

Start planning to use a Zebra printer and another postage provider since Amazon is well known to take forever to 'fix' issues.

I want all my shipping in one place so I use Endicia/Dazzle and a Zebra printer. The labels are reasonable and stick to just about anything and all my costs for both UPS and USPS are in one place.

On Endicia my shipping costs for UPS are usually a few dollars LESS than what Amazon charges so I save money as well.

Maybe after they fix this they will bless us with 4x6 PDF WITHOUT a packing slip. Huge waste of a label.....

It has been an inconvenience for sure and Amazon keeps responding that they are working on it. This has been going on for weeks without a much needed adjustment. Some people are saying their PO no longer accepts First Class. I'm putting one label in my printer tray at a time at the orientation that is currently required. It prints crooked every time and I end up trimming the label so it doesn't look awful.

I am using an HP laser printer and the same thing happens. People having been pointing to this problem since the day Ground Advantage was introduced. All the other major platforms have the Ground Advantage label printing perfectly, but not Amazon. The mods have done nothing. Nothing changes. Nobody at Amazon can be bothered to get it fixed.

Same Here, Why should I have to go buy a 4x6 printer when every other platform I use has the correct label orientation for my laser jet, This is beyond stupid, come on Amazon, its been 2 weeks, fix it already!

Actually we noticed the 4x6 labels being printed whenever we used CUBIC rate labels also. Yes it all started with the botched change over to Ground ADVANTAGE which is really not an advantage USPS when often Priority within my state is only very little more and much faster!

I print on paper labels and cut them out. We do lower volume so it's no big deal to me how they print.

Hi @Seller_KrZFT6T8ORyJY, my teammate has been working on this issue in another thread and just posted an update today.

Our team is still working to fix the problem affecting label configuration. I understand that the USPS legacy services grace period will soon be over, and I will have further updates about backup options as we get closer to that date.
