y Safe T claim , got rejected due to reason stating "An attempt was made to deliver the shipment but the delivery could not be completed because of your unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment." But no one contacted or reached me to deliver the product

It is the sellers responsibility to appeal and provide proof otherwise in order to reverse the decision.
